Oh, life is funny.
I kid you not--five minutes after that last post about "Just how Norman Rockwell pretty is this snowstorm, anyway?", my power went out. And stayed out for two and a half hours.
The snow isn't that pretty when the temperature in your house drops down to just shy of being able to see your breath.
So I take it all back. Snow and ice suck.

Hubby and I had to shovel the driveway today...and you have seen our driveway. I agree--snow and ice suck.
I am thinking we may be back to school Friday, but, then again, they are calling for more snow Thursday night. Ick.
Come on summer! I am over this winter crap.
